Renewed, refurbished, restored, certified used and open-box inventory may vary in model revision, page count, cosmetic condition, accessories and availability. Representative images may not show the exact unit offered.
3. Pricing and market display
The site can display catalog prices in USD or CAD. These are separate regional display values and are not live exchange-rate conversions. Prices, taxes, duties, freight, installation and availability may change before an order is accepted.
4. Quotes and order review
Cart contents, quote requests and form submissions are requests for review and do not by themselves create an accepted order. An order is accepted only after product, condition, quantity, price, delivery, tax and payment details are confirmed.
5. Compatibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate model, operating system, network, paper, supply and workflow requirements. CircaHoop should confirm compatibility in writing when compatibility is material to the order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery methods depend on product size and destination. Freight shipments may require a loading dock, liftgate, appointment, inside delivery or installation arrangements. Risk and title terms should be stated in the accepted order.
7. Returns and warranty
Return eligibility and warranty coverage depend on the accepted order, product condition and applicable policy. Customers should obtain authorization before returning equipment.
8. Third-party brands
Brand names, product photographs and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.
