Shipping and Returns
Planning information for parcel, freight and return requests in the United States and Canada.

The delivery method should match the equipment.
Small printers and supplies may ship by parcel. Large multifunction systems may require pallet freight, an appointment, liftgate service, inside delivery or installation coordination.
General policy overview
Order confirmation
Shipping cost, destination, service level, lead time and delivery requirements should be confirmed before the order is accepted.
United States deliveries
Parcel and freight availability can depend on ZIP code, product size and access conditions. State and local tax treatment should be confirmed during order review.
Canadian deliveries
Shipping availability can depend on postal code, province, equipment size and whether the order crosses a border. Taxes, brokerage, duties or other charges should be identified before acceptance where applicable.
Freight delivery inspection
Inspect the shipment before signing where possible. Note visible damage on the delivery record, photograph the packaging and equipment, and report concerns promptly.
Return authorization
Contact CircaHoop before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Return eligibility can depend on product condition, reason for return, timing, packaging and the accepted order terms.
Non-returnable or restricted items
Opened consumables, special-order items, configured equipment, installed equipment and freight-damaged products handled outside the carrier claim process may have limited return eligibility.
Return shipping
Responsibility for return freight and any restocking charge should be confirmed in the return authorization. Large equipment must be packaged and transported safely.
